Installation Help
All our Complete Satellite TV Systems are supplied with installation included. We also install other systems purchased from our website. Our installation charge for a fixed satellite system starts from £70 and for a motorised satellite system from £100.
Order Tracking
TellyCards sends out all orders within 48 hours of the order being made. Customers received their equipments latest 3 days after making their purchase. Should the delivery date be longer, we contact the client immediately. All equipments such as Satellite Receivers, Dishes, CAms, LNB's etc are sent via Royal Mail and private courier firms. Our qualified contracted Installers deliever and install all our Fully Installed Complete Satellite TV Systems.
The Client will be given a unigue 13 digit number with which the order can be tracked on the Royal Mail website or that of the private courier. TellyCards offers a 12 Months Free Service on all of the products we sell. Please email info@tellycards.com for detailed advise on our 12 Months Free Service. Also all equipments sold by us come with a 12 Months manufacturers return to base warranty.

Please contact us on info@tellycards.com should you want to return any product. We test all products before they are purchased. We however replace all faulty products. Refunds are also given for all products returned to us within 7 days of purchase provided they come in the original packaging un-used.

1. Do I pay any monthly fees or sign contracts?
No. Tellycards supplies satellite equipment which will enable you to watch all the “Free to Air” TV channels and listen to all the “Free to Air” Radio stations on various satellites.
2. What is “Free to Air?”
“Free to Air” is the term given to all TV & Radio stations that you can watch free on various satellites without a subscription.
3. Does TellyCards guarantee that these channels will always be free?
No. TellyCards has no power over the transmission of the various TV & Radio channels. Broadcasters may take the decision of encrypting various TV & Radio channels.
4. I want a system but can’t afford it.

5. How about Sports & Movies?
There are several TV channels that offer Hollywood blockbuster movies including live sports such as football. We also supply subscription viewing cards which broadcasts live Premiership games including German football and Championships Leagues matches. These cards however are available at a fee.
6. Why are your prices much cheaper? Are the equipments of good quality?
TellyCards are able to offer Satellite TV equipments at affordable prices because we buy in bulk from the main manufacturers and suppliers and also maintain a good relationship with several satellite suppliers in the UK . All our equipments are tested by us and we guarantee that they are of the up most quality.
7. I have a Digital Satellite Receiver and a Satellite Dish – can you help with installation.
Yes. Standard installation charges for equipments not supplied by us is £70 for fixed satellite tv systems and £100 for motorised systems.
8. How do I get my Satellite box re-tuned?
We maintain for free (12 months free service) satellites receivers purchased from us and can advise you on how to re-tune your satellite box.
